Guidelines from your virtual coach

Throughout this unit we will start getting
acquainted with the Hebrew alphabet.
To make your life easier, the alphabet
consonant letters and vowels are
presented in small chunks, intermixed
with the vocabulary and the dialoguers.
Don't worry! You will master the whole Hebrew alphabet (block and script
letters) by the end of this course, and you will be able to easily read and
write in Hebrew!!!
On the next page, we will start approach the Hebrew alphabet, starting with
the vowels.
This way, you will be able to read and connect to the sounds of Hebrew
easily.
Listen to the recording and, at the same time, follow the letter sounds with
your eyes.

The Hebrew vowels are a separate part of the alphabet and look like
small dots or little symbols written under, above, inside or beside of
the letters.
